Tension Global Inc. (“Tension,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information when you use the Tension dating platform, including our mobile applications, websites, customer support channels, events, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

If you make a purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party payment platform, the payment processor may collect and process payment card or other billing information directly. We generally do not receive your full payment card number.

Certain information processed through a dating app may be considered sensitive personal information under some U.S. state laws. Depending on your use of the Service, this may include:

  • contents of reports involving intimate or safety-related matters;
  • optional profile attributes that may reveal sensitive characteristics;
  • account credentials; and
  • information submitted for identity or age verification.

Please use care before sharing personal details in your profile or messages. Information you choose to include in your profile, biography, photos, or chats may reveal sensitive aspects of your life and may be visible to other users depending on how the Service works.

6. Sales, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and State-Law Concepts

We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word “sell.” However, depending on the tools we use, certain disclosures of identifiers, device information, usage data, or advertising-related data to analytics, attribution, or advertising partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

If applicable law requires it, we provide users with the right to opt out of:

If you choose to enable location permissions, we may collect and process precise geolocation information to provide features such as nearby discovery, regional matching, location-aware safety features, or fraud prevention.

You can withdraw your permission for precise geolocation at any time through your device settings. Disabling location access may limit certain Service features.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service;
  • maintain your account;
  • complete transactions;
  • support trust-and-safety operations;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • resolve disputes; and
  • enforce our agreements.

  • account information is generally retained while your account is active;
  • support, moderation, and safety records may be retained for a reasonable period after account closure to address abuse, repeat violations, legal claims, or regulatory obligations;

When we no longer need personal information, we will delete it, de-identify it, or retain it in a form permitted by law.

Tension Global Inc. is located in Wyoming, USA, and the Service may be hosted and operated in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

If you provide personal information to us, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of legal protection as your home jurisdiction.

We use reasonable measures intended to protect personal information when transferred internationally.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to use the Service.

In addition, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner subject to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
